Interests
Biophysics, Cellular Signalling, Image Analysis, Pattern Formation, Collective Phenomena, Mathematical Modelling, Data Analysis, ...

Models of signaling pathways in living cells are developed in collaboration with Kaj-Åge Henneberg, Jesper Ferkinghoff-Borg, Kim Sneppen, Martin Welch, Chris Workman, Christian Garde, ...

Modelling of treatment strategies of bacterial infections are carried out in collaboration with Claus Moser, Niels Høiby, Peter Østrup Jensen, Mette Kolpen, Thomas Bjarnsholt and Michael Givskov.

With Martin Welch we model and measure the pqsRI signaling pathway in the pathogen Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

With Anetta Claussen, Rolf W. Berg, and Salim Abdali we have worked on detection of biological molecules at low concentration using Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy.
